Megastarshine will publish the photographs, portfolio and/or any other information/ content/ material submitted by the User of this service on the Model Watch section, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All the data bank of excising which has been updated on the net is provided exclusively by Smiles to Megastarshine Communications.

2. Megastarshine Communication is an exclusive website of modeling agency, which modeling division of Megastarshine Communications. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. This agreement may not be modified except by in writing. By using the services of Megastarshine Communications the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Megastarshine Communications reserves the right to add, delete or modify these rules in any way and at any time by publishing the modified term(s) over the Service. The User is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time he uses the service(s) of Model Watch.

7. The User shall use the services provided by Megastarshine Communications its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

8. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Megastarshine Communications reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Glamour Hunt has the right in its sole discretion to reject his registration and debar him forever from using the Services of Megastarshine.com and other affiliated websites.

9. The User hereby agrees not to submit any photographs /content /information /software /material in any form that are in violation of any domestic or international laws or that may infringe any right of a third party, including but not limited to, copyrights and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Megastarshine Communications reserves the right to reject any such photographs/ content/ information/ material that are in violation of any domestic or international laws or that may infringe any right of a third party.

10. The User agrees not to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other Users of Megastarshine Communications. The User further agrees not to use the facilities and capabilities of the Service to conduct any business or activity or to solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law.

11. All photographs/ content/ information/ material submitted by the User to Megastarshine Communications become the property of Benchmark Communications even if they are not published and they shall not be returned. The User grants all rights including copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the photographs/ content/ information/ material that have been submitted by the User, even if they are not published. Megastarshine may also use all or any of the photographs/ content/ information/ software/ material submitted by the User for purposes other than those provided in these terms and conditions, such as promotion, advertising and marketing in the print and electronic media owned by Megastarshine Communications. However such photographs/ content/ information/ material shall not be given to third party.

12. Megastarshine Communications reserves the right of not publishing the whole or part of the photographs/ content/ information/ material that has been submitted by the User. The User further agrees that its sole discretion to edit or delete information, data, software or other content appearing on the Service, regardless of whether it violates the standards for content. Megastarshine Communications reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate service to any User at any time without prior notice.

13. Submission of portfolio /photographs /content /information /software or any other material to Megastarshine Communications shall be deemed to be an acceptance by the User for publishing them in media such as Internet, Newspaper, Magazines, Television and other print and electronic media. All such information is collected from the User for their personal publicity and under no circumstances will Megastarshine Communications its creators, affiliates, employees will be responsible for complications arising out of the mishandling and soliciting of personal information submitted by the User.

14. The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of Megastarshine Communications is at the User's sole risk. The Service(s) of Model Watch is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Megastarshine Communications, its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Megastarshine Communications, its affiliates, employees, directors, consultants and contracted companies from any claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from the User's use (or misuse) of this Service that cause damage(s) to the User or any other party or parties. The User further acknowledges that the Company is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other User(s) or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the User.

17. The User agrees that Megastarshine Communications reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the registration of the User at any point of time.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on Megastarshine Communications (including but not limited to text, photographs, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on Model Watch are the property of Megastarshine Communications, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws.

Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
